My Life is Lived Through Music

The basic information about me is I live my life through music.  Each moment in my life gets booked in my memory bank and it is later brought out by the first beats of a song.  For example, when I moved away from home to pursue my dream of living in Nashville, Carrie Underwood’s song “Please Remember Me,” will forever bring this memory out.  Or when I had my first heartbreak Rascal Flatts song “Stand,” was there to pick me up, to keep me going.  Also, there are the countless times where I had prayed so hard for something, but it didn’t come out the way I expected it, Garth Brooks “Unanswered Prayers,” reminds me about how the prayers I didn’t ask for have led me on the right path.  For all those times when I realize how hard my family has worked to get to where we are today, Loretta Lynn’s “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” reminds me to remember all the hard work that goes into making dreams come true.  There are also the times where life knocks you down and you lose somebody in your life, Bryan Adams song “Never Let Go,” touches my heart and reminds me to smile because I had the pleasure of having Angels in my life.  Around the holidays is a special time to truly count my blessings and reminds me to think of those less fortunate, Jimmy Wayne’s “Paper Angels,” reminds me to extend a hand and offer what I can.

Ask me about what song can classify a moment in my life and I will tell you.
I leave you with one of my favorite quotes by an Unknown Author, “Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.”

Musically,

Chelsea
